Magenta Living

UPS is delivering a 4-year contract to provide repair and refurbishment works to Magenta Living’s void properties in Wirral. The works range from minor repairs to major void refurbishment, with void properties completed in the minimum timescales to reduce rent loss.

We have provided disabled adaptations services for Manchester City Council for 8 years via their Supply and Installation of Equipment and Adaptations Framework.

Riverside Group

We provide major adaptations to Riverside Housing Group’s properties in Cumbria. Works include kitchen and bathroom adaptations, installation of level access showers and wet rooms, internal and external alterations including ramps, to enable Riverside customers to live safely and independently in their own homes.

UPS carries out major investment void refurbishments for Trafford Housing Trust including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and wetrooms.

UPS is Trafford Council’s main contractor for all Disabled Funded Grants Major Adaptations to private properties in the Trafford borough. Following a competitive tender process, we were awarded both lots: Lot 1 covers design & build of major adaptations including bathrooms and ramps; Lot 2 covers design & build of downstairs living extensions & conversions.

We provide a range of services including voids ‘overspill’ contract, helping to reduce void turnaround times and associated rent-loss for the Council, and refurbishment of corporate buildings.
